Nap Your Way to Better Performance

Dr. Keith Black, MD, has published new research that suggests that napping boosts information retention and learning. By taking a 20 minute power nap, the ablility to both learn and complete tasks may be enhanced. In addition, REM sleep, or rapid eye movement which occurs during the dreaming stage of sleep, is shown to increase creativity and problem solving ability.

Maybe the Mexican siesta should be incorporated here. It has my vote!
